Atex Varil IBC Tüp Isıtıcı Ceketi

ATEX ve IECEx Zone 1 ve 2 dereceli ceketler tamamen yeni ve tescilli bir tasarım kullanıyor.

Özel elastomer ve silikon kaplı cam bez malzemeler ve yüksek yoğunluklu cam elyaf yalıtımı ile inşa edilmiştir. Isıtma ortamı, karbon bakımından zengin yarı iletken pozitif sıcaklık katsayılı membranların patentli bir teknolojisini kullanır. Potansiyel olarak patlayıcı gazların varlığında bile güvenli çalışma koşulları korunur. Standart ac besleme voltajları kullanılarak çalıştığından transformatör gerekmez.

InteliHeat hafif bir ısınma ve kışın donmasını önlemek için idealdir. Daha yüksek ısıtma hızları ve daha yüksek sıcaklıklarda katıların eritilmesi için, Thermosafe Indüksiyon Isıtıcısı önerilir.

InteliHeat plastik veya çelik bidonlarda kullanılmak üzere tasarlanmıştır. Bir LMK Yalıtımlı kapak, bazı durumlarda ısı kaybını azaltmak ve ısıtma sürelerini iyileştirmek için kullanılabilir.

All sizes may be fitted with optional 0-50°C thermostat, product code changes to IHF-R/*/T4

 

• IHF/*/T4 standard products are able to maintain a set temperature above the ambient temperature. E.g. The 25L heating jacket will heat to 40°C above the ambient when operated at 240v. With a 20°C ambient temperature, the container wall temperature will be around 60°C.

 

• 1000L IBC standard heating jacket only for use with metal frame plastic liner IBCs.
